ESTABLISHED IN 2011, OUR SERVICE SUBSIDIARY IN THE USA IS AN IMPORTANT HUB FOR HANDLING GEAR SYSTEMS
The subsidiary company Eisenbeiss Inc. started out focussing on the railroad industry. They offered maintenance and professional services to local companies in Sacramento that manufactured street cars and locomotives.
Now, the rail sector no longer represents the largest share of turnover. The 1800 m² repair workshop services special gear systems for extrusion technology, energy technology and steel making and now enjoys growth from a much wider basis.
The rapidly expanding service subsidiary takes its operates independently and builds on the success factors established by the parent company.
To underline these criteria, highly trained service technicians are deployed in the USA to train local gear technicians and convey the quality philosophy from headquarters to the US Team.
Quality, speed, competence and the ability to solve problems on site at the customer’s plant are very important factors, confirms Subsidiary Manager Andreas Pum.
We offer our customers the same quality and same range of services to those provided by the Service Team at our innovation headquarters. Many non-Eisenbeiss industrial gear units are also repaired professionally here.
