Because our gear systems are made of metal, the bedrock of the oldest circular economy in the world, a considerable proportion of our products can be recycled. Using our condition monitoring system, which we developed in-house, we extend the service life of your gear units. This system enables continuous monitoring, detects potential problems at an early stage and ultimately reduces downtime and maintenance to optimize over all running costs.
Focusing on sustainable industries and applications
Eisenbeiss serves industries such as hydropower, protein-based food processing, battery production for e-mobility, the recycling sector and sustainable steel production. Our durable and efficient gear systems contribute to resource conservation and carbon reduction in these industries.

Our production processes are designed to minimize the use of raw materials and reduce environmental impact. Eisenbeiss uses 100% green electricity, district heating from biomass and heat recovery.
