The gears are designed as stepped planetary gearboxes with bevel drive shafts. Our design, developed specifically for this application, is flexible enough to make a wide range of gear ratios, installation positions and sizes feasible in terms of cost effectiveness. With out CCG transmission series we cover several performance classes in one series, minimizing the variety of gear systems at customer installations. The lubrication system ensures reliable greasing and cooling regardless of the installation location (floor or pit). Eisenbeiss is familiar with the challenging operating conditions handled by cable car gear systems and has taken appropriate measures to prevent condensation and corrosion in the transmission.
Eisenbeiss meets the often limited installation space in mountain, valley or middle stations with an extremely compact gear unit design and high power density. In addition, all lubrication, cooling and monitoring can be installed on the gearbox to make installation much easier. Our gears are also easy to repair and can be recycled to a high degree.
