Gear Systems for Circular Saws
Circular saw gears experience particularly high, shock-like loads during the sawing process. This applies especially at the start and end of the sawing process, when only a small number of saw teeth are in contact with the material at the same time, resulting in a very rough operating process.
To ensure that the gear systems run smoothly despite these shock loads, it is important to reduce toothing and bearing clearance in the gear system to a minimum. At the same time, the shock loads need to be effectively absorbed. The precision design of the gears and anti-friction bearings as well as an optimized design of the gearbox housing are essential here.
The spur gears in the Eisenbeiss gear systems specially developed for this application are available in two to three-stage versions to ensure flexible adaptation to varying process requirements.

Advantages
Smooth operation
The high toothing quality, optimal choice of bearings and precision assembly ensure smooth operation while absorbing the shock loads of the sawing process.
Individual adjustment
The two and three-stage gear system series can be quickly adapted to specific pro-cess parameters to ensure maximum efficiency.
